in college earning my B.S. in Forensic Chemistry, I studied
Nutrition, Sports Conditioning, and Athletic Training. I
continued expanding my education in health and fitness while
finishing medical school. Health and fitness continues to be a big
part of my practice as well as my personal life.
have extensive training working with patients and clients with
special health and fitness needs including, diabetes, osteoporosis,
fibromyalgia, spinal rehabilitation, and postural imbalances.
certifications include Krav Maga, clinical exercise rehabilitation,
Pilates, Yoga, Specialized Strength Training, Weight Management,
Conditioning for Sports Training, Assisted Stretch, Boxing, Cycling,
TRX, Kettlebell. I am constantly seeking to expand my current
knowledge to benefit my clients' workouts as well as my own. I strive
to help guide people each day to their fitness goals in a healthy,
forward to sharing my experience in fitness training, and to aid in
achieving your fitness and lifestyle goals.
