Who will benefit from yoga, body remix, or rebounding? The simple answer is, everyone! Our classes are suitable for everyone. You can adapt the poses to what is comfortable for your body. If you are suffering from joint stiffness, pain in the body, or need to improve the quality of your breathing, then our classes are highly recommended. The trick is to find a supportive and encouraging instructor. You can find such instructors, experts in yoga, body remix, and group fitness in Chicago's South Loop at our reputable L&A Healing Studio "The Art Of Well-being".

All fitness/yoga classes are 50 minute sessions

  • Art/jewelry classes are 2 hours
  • Please bring your own mat and towel for yoga
  • You can find us on MINDBODY
  • There is a 12hour cancellation policy.
  • If you cancel your class less than 12 hours, your card will be charged a flat fee of $10
  • Classes will be cancelled if no one schedules 12 hours prior
